Creating and sharing knowledge isn’t just a job, it's is my life. I received my Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Maryland in 2020, my Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of West Georgia, and I'm also a classically trained musician. You will often find me instructing art related courses at area universities and arts centers, taking commissions for sculptures, prints, paintings, and graphic design, as well as consulting on large public art projects.
Through my own struggles with chronic pain, anxiety, and overwork, I have studied many practices including yoga, herbalism, aromatherapy, energy healing, sound healing... just to name a few. I have melded my research & studies into a unique blend of healing and creative mindfulness practices that help downshift the nervous system, release blockages, and turn burnout into balance.
With over 18 years of healing and teaching experience, my greatest passion now is helping others build a life brimming with fulfillment and authenticity by deepening their connection to intuition and self-expression.
