Join Lauren from August - October to Ignite Your Creative Flame with this 12 week Artist Way Cohort. We will work through Julia Cameron's chapters together to deepen our connection to self-expression, combat the inner critic, and gain confidence in our personal process. Originally this had more in person meetings but now we are just going to be based out of a FB group where you can check in weekly - and then there will be zoom meetups available for those outside of Frederick, MD and monthly in-person coffee shop meet ups available for those who live closer to me. Donations only or become a Patreon Suppoter. What you will need... - The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron (you can find new/used online or even rent from the library) - sketchbook / journal - writing implements - anything else you think you might enjoy or need to feel creative and connected to yourself What to expect... - a safe and welcoming space to explore your creativity - support & community - don't worry if you're not able to commit to EVERY evening meetup - that's not the point - it's about committing to yourself and your creativity (if you get sick or have last minute travel - that's ok - and the Virtual Group will be open to EVERYONE) Contact Lauren Koch igniting.creative.flames@gmail.com for more info
