Reiki and other energy healing modalities use non-invasive techniques, to encourage the bodies natural relaxation response. The "relaxation response", can diminish anxiety, pain, nausea ad fatigue, and can enhance the healing process. What to expect.... A few days before your session, Lauren will send more information on how Distant Sessions work, but make sure you have set aside 30-60 mins in a quiet, comfortable, and safe environment to receive your healing session. Give yourself at least 10 mins before and after the sessions to relax and ground. Lauren will call you at the start of your session to check in to see if you are dealing with any specific physical or energetic issues you would like energy to be directed toward. Unless you request a guided meditation, the phone call will be disconnected after check-in. You will also receive a text message at the close of the session. In your own time, once you are re-grounded you can follow up via text or call to share anything that came up for you during the session and to receive intuitive messages shared with Lauren during your session.
