The space created during this lab shifts the focus from the final product to the immersive experience of creation. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a newcomer, Lauren provides step-by-step instructions on techniques as needed, encouraging each participant to follow their intuition and create their own unique visual language.

During these labs creativity holds space for your inner child to explore, expand, and express freely. Here you are invited to embrace intuitive creation, unburdened by expectations. Under the gentle guidance of Lauren, each session is woven with a delicate structure using monthly themes and prompts to provide a gentle reminder to STOP BREATHE FEEL CREATE
