Cancellation Policy: 

Private 1on1 sessions -
contact Lauren (770-6530308) at least 24 hrs prior or as soon as possible with extenuating circumstances  -  Clients who fail to show for appointments repeatedly may be asked to pre-pay for future services, if not pre-billed online - consult policies if you have questions about cancellations or rescheduling.

Workshops & Events
If you have already registered for a workshop, and you are no longer able to attend the training, our cancellation policy is as follows for Lauren G. Koch: Keeper of the Old Ways events only - other host locations may vary. 

  • Roll over class or Full refund - minus admin fee up to 3 days out of your scheduled workshop. 

  • Roll over class or 50% refund if notified within 6 hrs of workshop. 

  • No refund if no show (except your first time - I'll email you with an option to roll into another future workshop)

  • An exception will be made for an unexpected illness, i.e. COVID-19 related issues, and a refund of 50% or a credit to attend an up-coming workshop can be issued


If you would like to cancel your ticket, please email with the subject line “Cancellation.”

Transferring Your Ticket
In lieu of a refund, you can also transfer your spot to someone else. 

To do this, please email with the subject line “Ticket Transfer: [Name of Workshop].” Please write to us using the same email address that was provided at registration, and include the full name & email address of the person who you would like to transfer your ticket to. We’ll take it from there!

Refunds from Apothecary

  1. ​Digital Downloads are non-refundable​
  2. No returns on herbal apothecary items - other items may be refunded or exchanged with processing fee and photo evidence of no damage (if shipped)
  3. We are not liable for allergic reactions - all ingredients are clearly listed - and purchasers understand that this is a cottage industry and not FDA tested.
  4. Several items are made to order - so please allow for 5 - 14 production days plus shipping 
  5. Items damaged in transit are non-refundable - but I will send a coupon for 25% of future purchase
  6. Shipping is automatically added and charged at purchase - this may not reflect actual shipping fees any additional shipping charges over $5 extra once real time calculations have been made you will be contacted - if you have been over charged I will immediately refund you the overcharge amount. 
  7. We are not responsible for shipping time - all items will be shipped priority but we do not guarantee arrival by a certain time - especially around big holidays.
