Soul Portrait Painting Workshop
Massage & Wellness Center
August 20, Sunday
1 - 4 pm
Explore the language of your soul and learn to interpret it during this 3 hour long painting workshop with artist and creative mindfulness facilitator Lauren G. Koch.
We will release tension, ground, before connecting to our souls. A mind mapping exercise will allow us to reveal our most authentic self. This will then be used as inspiration for our soul portraits.
No prior painting experience required, just bring curiosity, love, and an open heart.
