Yoga with Lauren is a mixed-level, accessible yoga class focused on supporting nervous system regulation, mobility, and overall wellbeing. This class blends gentle, mindful movement with breathwork and moments of rest to help participants release tension, build resilience, and reconnect with their bodies in a safe and supportive way.

This class is welcoming to all bodies and experience levels, with options and modifications offered throughout. Expect an emphasis on moving with awareness, honoring personal limits, and cultivating steadiness both on and off the mat through grounded flows and invitations to try gentle challenges.
