Service Description

Lauren offers condensed sessions at regional holistic events and as an introduction for clients who are unsure energy healing is a fit for them. It's a way to "dip your toes" before jumping into a full session. Reiki and other energy healing modalities use non-invasive techniques, to encourage the bodies natural relaxation response. The "relaxation response", can diminish anxiety, pain, nausea and fatigue, and can enhance the healing process. This is a hands on session featuring gentle touch. At the beginning of your session, Lauren will do a brief check in, then you will lie down fully clothed, close your eyes and relax. You will be taken to a calmer state as the session progresses and the practitioner's hands gently serve as a catalyst to receive subtle messages from your body as to where to direct the healing energies. Throughout the session, you will guided toward a relaxed state and achieve self-realization in calmness, peace, and happiness. You may choose just reiki or have Lauren intuitively tailor your session by adding sound healing, crystals, and other energy healing modalities. May be booked with additional treatments, such as essential oil protocol, axiatonal alignment, magnetic unruffling, intuitive readings, etc. by reserving back to back services if you prefer more focused modalities rather than a blend. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Private 1on1 sessions - contact Lauren (770-6530308) at least 24 hrs prior - Clients who fail to show for appointments repeatedly may be asked to pre-pay for future services, if not pre-billed online - consult policies if you have questions about cancellations or rescheduling. Workshops & Events If you have already registered for a workshop, and you are no longer able to attend the training, our cancellation policy is as follows for Lauren G. Koch: Keeper of the Old Ways events only - other host locations may vary. Roll over class or Full refund - minus admin fee up to 3 days out of your scheduled workshop. Roll over class or 50% refund if notified within 6 hrs of workshop. No refund if no show (except your first time - I'll email you with an option to roll into another future workshop) An exception will be made for an unexpected illness, i.e. COVID-19 related issues, and a refund of 50% or a credit to attend an up-coming workshop can be issued. If you would like to cancel your ticket, please email keeperoftheoldways@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation.” Transferring Your Ticket In lieu of a refund, you can also transfer your spot to someone else. To do this, please email keeperoftheoldways@gmail.com with the subject line “Ticket Transfer: [Name of Workshop].” Please write to us using the same email address that was provided at registration, and include the full name & email address of the person who you would like to transfer your ticket to. We’ll take it from there!
