Service Description

All relationships and life experiences can come with their share of baggage that is hard to release. If you feel like some one has more power over your life, energetically and emotionally, a release session may be necessary to step into your own power and authenticity. You may have heard of cord cutting - this will allow the cord to grow back. When releasing, we remove what we can during a session and it will not grow back - it's gone. It may take several sessions to fully release certain cords as you may not be fully ready to release or navigate the emotions that surround them. Unlike other healing sessions, the client takes an active role in these releases. Lauren works as a facilitator for these releases, guiding and supporting you throughout the release sessions. You will enter a private, relaxing space where you will lay on a comfortable table, fully clothed. Lauren will hold space for you and guide you systematically through each of your chakras, while providing assistance to loosen cords and blockages. She may ask for descriptions of the color and texture of the cord to further assist you as you navigate the release. In the case that a cord release does not fully fill your time - as some clear easily while others take multiple sessions - Lauren will finish out your release session by running energy. Please allot extra time after your release session in case it runs overtime and keep your calendar open for relaxing activities afterward. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Private 1on1 sessions - contact Lauren (770-6530308) at least 24 hrs prior - Clients who fail to show for appointments repeatedly may be asked to pre-pay for future services, if not pre-billed online - consult policies if you have questions about cancellations or rescheduling. Workshops & Events If you have already registered for a workshop, and you are no longer able to attend the training, our cancellation policy is as follows for Lauren G. Koch: Keeper of the Old Ways events only - other host locations may vary. Roll over class or Full refund - minus admin fee up to 3 days out of your scheduled workshop. Roll over class or 50% refund if notified within 6 hrs of workshop. No refund if no show (except your first time - I'll email you with an option to roll into another future workshop) An exception will be made for an unexpected illness, i.e. COVID-19 related issues, and a refund of 50% or a credit to attend an up-coming workshop can be issued. If you would like to cancel your ticket, please email keeperoftheoldways@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation.” Transferring Your Ticket In lieu of a refund, you can also transfer your spot to someone else. To do this, please email keeperoftheoldways@gmail.com with the subject line “Ticket Transfer: [Name of Workshop].” Please write to us using the same email address that was provided at registration, and include the full name & email address of the person who you would like to transfer your ticket to. We’ll take it from there!
