Lauren offers a monthly subscription (weekly healing sessions) for those who want to receive energy weekly without the hassle of scheduling a session or traveling. Reiki and other energy healing modalities use non-invasive techniques, to encourage the bodies natural relaxation response. The "relaxation response", can diminish anxiety, pain, nausea ad fatigue, and can enhance the healing process.
