Ignite Your Creative Flame The creative act has an amazing ability to heal through releasing tension and tapping into the subconscious. No previous creative experience is required to benefit from these practices. If you feel disconnected or have found yourself suffering from burnout these sessions are great for grounding and reconnecting your mind, body, and spirit.
