Walking the Labyrinth: The Journey Behind the Eco-Spiritual Planner

Tarot Cards, Tea Cup, Journal

In 2017, I started bullet journaling to track my workload, workouts, and nutrition as a UMD Graduate student in the Art Department. It was a system that worked (for my undiagnosed & unknown to me neurodivergent brain) until my body said “enough.” By August of 2018, after years of undiagnosed hypermobility and scoliosis, I faced a health crisis that completely reshaped my approach to life—and planning.

The Turning Point:

In 2020, as I graduated and began my career as an adjunct professor, art handler, graphic designer, etc ... in the midst of pandemic with severe anxiety, CPTSD, and chronic pain combating a insanely over active inner critic - a mentor encouraged me to start cycle and symptom tracking to reconnect with my body and find balance.

By 2022, I was tired of all of the planners I had tried - they didn’t check all my boxes as a neurodivergent creative - business owner and emerging spiritual practitioner.

So, I created my own.

From Beta Testing to Big Reveal:

Planner with spiritual tools and coffee mug

The first few attempts were laughable - printed on a hand-me-down laser printer that often didn't work properly - stapled haphazardly together - but each year, the planner grew and evolved. It didn't have to be perfect - I just needed it to work until the next update...

I added moon & solar cycles, info on astrology for the year, correspondences, habit trackers, and tools for spiritual alignment - all things I was seeking to improve in my own practice.

Now, after years of refining and beta testing, I’m thrilled to share the FIRST EDITION of the Walking the Labyrinth’s Path: Companion Eco-Spritual Planner with my community in 2025.
